E. Clayton Lowe, Jr. has a vast background of experience in representing clients in complex tort and commercial litigation. Prior to forming Lowe & Grammas LLP in 2002, Clay was a litigation partner at one of the largest law firms in the Southeast where he represented both plaintiffs and defendants in various commercial cases, class actions and general litigation. In 2002, Clay left the firm to create Lowe & Grammas LLP, a litigation boutique firm dedicated to representing plaintiffs in complex commercial litigation, personal injury and products liability litigation. Clay's areas of expertise include minority shareholder oppression and squeeze out claims, distributor terminations, consumer class actions, drug products litigation, environmental litigation, personal injury claims and arbitrations. o:p>
