In 2002, Mr. Lowe left the firm to create LOWE & GRAMMAS LLP, a litigation boutique firm dedicated to representing plaintiffs in complex commercial litigation, personal injury and products liability litigation. Mr. Lowe has extensive experience in the areas of minority shareholder oppression and squeeze out claims, distributor terminations, consumer class actions, drug products litigation, environmental litigation, personal injury claims and arbitrations. Mr. Lowe has been awarded an AV rating* by Martindale Hubbell, the premier peer review rating guide for attorneys. An AV rating is the highest rating. Mr. Lowe is also among the 1% of attorneys nationwide who are members of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Membership is restricted to lawyers who have won million- and multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements. Peter A. Grammas, another Alabama native, has also been awarded an AV rating* (the highest rating) by Martindale Hubbell. Like Mr. Lowe, Mr. Grammas was also a partner at one of the largest firms in the Southeast before forming Lowe & Grammas LLP. Mr. Grammas has extensive experience in personal injury, wrongful death and environmental litigation. He also has represented small to medium size companies and individuals in complex business disputes and professional malpractice claims. Mr. Grammas has successfully tried and negotiated settlements in the millions of dollars for his clients.
