Consumer Protection

When you suspect that a big corporation is using false advertising or other unfair practices to get your business, you may feel you have few options as an individual consumer. It is true that consumers' rights are best enforced in groups: When people band together to protest a company's violation of their consumer rights, the corporation faces a potentially devastating financial loss and the individual consumers are more likely to be compensated.

At LOWE & GRAMMAS LLP, with offices in Birmingham, Alabama, we have successfully used class action lawsuits to protect consumer rights throughout the United States. Please contact us for a free consultation with a lawyer with questions about consumer protection cases including:

  • false advertising
  • false representation
  • other unfair business practices
  • bad faith denial of insurance claims
